Kathog Rigzin Chenpo, Khenpo Tsulnam Rinpoche, Tulku Thubten Norbu and Khenpo Choenyi Dontog initially thought of establishing such a Tibetan Buddhist association in November, the Earth-Ox lunar year and are the pioneers of the association. At that time, they determined to establish such an association which came into being in reality and it is now over ten years.
