App of Tibetan-Chinese dictionary: This App of Tibetan-Chinese dictionary achieved jointly by Taiwan International Tibetan Buddhist Research Association and Monlam Information Research convened function of distribution organized by Taiwan Tibetan Buddhist Research Association in Taipei city on 26th January 2018. The meeting was attended by authorities, employees and members of Taiwan International Tibetan Buddhist Research association, Sermey Geshe Lobzang Monlam, director of Monlam Information Research Office and Lamas, Tulkus, Khenpos, Geshes and monks and nuns residing in Taiwan.  This is a free App achieved jointly by Taiwan International Tibetan Buddhist Research Association and Monlam Information Research office.
