Empowerment and ‘inscription-ritual’ of Tara: On 10th August 2016, according to Research Association requested His Eminence Gar Rinpoche for an empowerment and an ‘inscription-ritual’ of Tara which he accepted and an extensive dharma-gathering was held with participation of nearly one thousand sangha members and general public.
