Dolma Dungdup Chemo is an occasion continuously arranged by the Institute for many years. It is a ritualistic function at the cross point of the old and new years, which forms a wishful prayer for good harvest, wellbeing of the people and balance of nature. The function was successfully arranged for the second time in Taipei.
